Our goal at Shared Address is to create successful matches for our clients, whether they are looking for apartment space to share, or a roommate. Although we promote the web site to encourage both ends of the equation to participate, we cannot control this aspect of the marketplace. Simply put, we can only match up listers of apartment space and roommates when they exist in our system and meet the matching criteria set by users. Therefore, please note the following Refund Policy.
For those who purchase List Your Apartment, we will offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. The refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. To request a refund within the time period stated above, please request the refund in writing via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you of the action taken and any credits posted to your credit/debit card. Upon refund, your account will be deactivated and all information relating to your listing, removed for use in the search process.
